Main aim of this event is Delivering 100 oxygen concentrators to those in need.

Due to COVID-19, there has been a devastating wave in India, with hundreds of thousands of people dying due to the lack of oxygen supply. People have sadly passed just outside of hospital doors awaiting medical treatment, more specifically, oxygen. It was a successful and beautiful night! With a goal of only 50 concentrated oxygen machines, we made over $240,000, enough money for over 200 oxygen machines for hospitals in India (valued at $1,200 each). On top of that, an amazing $65,000 was raised during the auction. The Miss New Zealand Organisation also donated $500 to the cause as well. Thank you to John Key, keynote speaker, former Prime Minister and the Chairman of ANZ bank, who on behalf, kindly donated $1,000,000 to the cause.

Former Prime Minister Sir John Key delivers Keynote address at ‘Breathe for India’ fundraising program by Indian Business Global Chambers at Vodafone Events Centre lead by Ranjay Sikka Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi Vikram Nagpal. A large amount of money was raised for this worthy cause which was well attended by the Indian community of South Auckland.
